In connection with your use of the Services, you may incur charges related to the access and transmission of data through your mobile network (“Data Charges”). The amount and frequency of Data Charges depend on the terms of your agreement with your mobile network provider.
User Responsibilities: You are responsible for all Data Charges associated with your use of our Services. We recommend that you check with your mobile network provider to understand the data rates and fees that may apply. Key Retirement Solutions is not responsible for any Data Charges incurred by you while using our Services.
Service Usage: Our Services may use large amounts of data, and the responsibility for all charges related to such data usage rests solely with you. Key Retirement Solutions will not be responsible for any overage charges, data limitations, or other carrier-imposed charges you may incur while using our Services.
By using the Services, you agree to be responsible for any applicable Data Charges and confirm that you have the necessary permission or authority over the mobile account used to access our Services.
